I ordered Nexgard Chewables for extra large dog on Jan-4-18 and today Jan-27-18. I still have not receive the med.

I called in twice. The first time with in 7 days of the order. Canada VetExpress told me that it will be arrived within three days or no later by the end of next week, so that would be around Jan-12. didn't receive.

i called back again this time they told me that the med has to be shipped from Australia, so it takes longer but for sure again it will be the end of next week, which is today Jan-27-18 Saturday. Yet I still have not received. I called and again they told me, The End of Next Week. My dog pass due on her med, and they couldn't give me day that the will be arrived.

I asked to talk to manager, He said "manager are not on duty, so I asked for my order to be cancel. I couldn't do that either. When I asked to talk to manager and to cancel out my order.

He answer in un-friedly matter and un-willyingly to help. Very poor service.
